Businesses that take advantage of the award-winning Virginia Talent Accelerator Program enjoy world-class, custom training and recruitment services tailored to their unique operations, equipment, standards, and culture. With remarkable customer satisfaction, all program services are provided at no cost to qualified new and expanding companies as an incentive for job creation. Services are delivered in collaboration with the Virginia Community College System.

Virginia Jobs Investment Program

The Virginia Jobs Investment Program (VJIP) provides grant funding to companies creating new jobs or implementing technological change to reduce human resource development costs for new companies, expanding companies, and companies retraining their employees. Companies choose training and recruitment providers. Funding ranges from $500 – $1,000 per eligible job.

To prepare students for the in-demand careers and attract investments like Amazon’s HQ2, Virginia committed $1.1 billion to more than double the annual number of graduates with degrees in computer science and related fields, resulting in more than 32,000 additional graduates.
