Virginia Talent Accelerator Program
The award-winning Virginia Talent Accelerator Program provides world-class training and recruitment services that are fully customized to a company’s unique operations, equipment, standards, and culture. All program services are provided at no cost to qualified new and expanding companies as an incentive for job creation. Services are delivered in collaboration with the Virginia Community College System.

Virginia Jobs Investment Program
The Virginia Jobs Investment Program (VJIP) provides services and funding to companies creating new jobs or implementing technological change to reduce human resource development costs for new companies, expanding companies, and companies retraining their employees. Companies choose training and recruitment providers. Funding ranges from $750 – $1,500 per eligible job.

VOEE’s mission is to leverage data to support education, programming, policy, and workforce partnerships across the Commonwealth. Virginia higher education institutions and workforce development programs use VOEE data to support new program development and align state funding.

AeroNimble, a PT6 Engine MRO service provider in Harrisonburg, has partnered with Blue Ridge Community College (BRCC) to retain students in the Shenandoah Valley after graduation. AeroNimble worked with BRCC to establish guidelines that allow qualified graduates as young as 19 years old to start entry level positions with salaries starting at $62,000 dollars. Virginia has the highest concentration of tech talent and the third-best tech talent pipeline in the United States, according to Business Facilities, with more than 300,000 people working in the tech sector.
