Developed with input from over a hundred state, regional, and local partners and stakeholders, the five-year (FY25-FY29) Strategic Plan for Economic Development of the Commonwealth outlines an ambitious economic vision for Virginia and The Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP).

Carolina Structural Systems, a manufacturer of custom wood trusses and other structural wood products, will invest $5.5 million to establish a new manufacturing facility in Greensville County, creating 58 new jobs.

CMC Electronics, a leading global avionics manufacturer headquartered in Montreal, will invest $5 million to establish a new office and research and development facility in Reston, creating 89 new jobs over the coming years.
