Expel, Inc. will invest $1.4 million to expand footprint 

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Expel, Inc., a Virginia-based managed security provider, will invest $1.4 million to expand its operation in the Town of Herndon in Fairfax County. The company will grow its footprint by adding additional space to the current facility and creating 164 new jobs across its engineering, customer experience, IT, marketing, and sales teams over the next three years.

Company will invest $1.29 million to establish IT asset disposition center 

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that TES, a global provider of IT lifecycle services, will invest $1.29 million to establish an IT asset disposition center in Spotsylvania County. Virginia successfully competed with Delaware and Maryland for the project, which will create 25 new jobs.

Company to invest $12.2 million to consolidate and expand existing offices

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that InMotion Hosting, Inc., a provider of business web hosting services, will invest $12.2 million to expand its presence in the City of Virginia Beach. The company will purchase and occupy a 61,000-square-foot facility where the majority of its technical support and customer service operations will be conducted. Virginia successfully competed with California and Colorado for the project, which will create 50 new jobs.

In partnership with the National Center For Economic Gardening (NCEG), Virginia's statewide Economic Gardening program provides qualifying second-stage companies with custom resources to identify and resolve distinct growth challenges that traditional business assistance and incentives do not address.

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Aeronyde Corporation, an industry leader in integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented reality (AR) into a safe and secure full-service commercial drone system, will invest $350,000 to establish a new drone operations command and control center in the City of Covington. Virginia successfully competed with California and Florida for the project, which will create 25 new jobs.

M.C. Dean, Inc. to invest $25.1 million to expand ModularMEP™ manufacturing and systems integration facility 

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that M.C. Dean, Inc., a leading electrical design-build and systems integration firm for mission-critical organizations, will invest $25.1 million to incorporate a new product line at its fabrication and distribution facility in Caroline County. Virginia successfully competed with several states for the project, which will create 100 new jobs.
