MONTROSS—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Carry-On Trailer, Inc., a leading manufacturer of steel and utility trailers, will invest $1.6 million to expand its facility in Westmoreland County. Virginia successfully competed against Georgia and Pennsylvania for this investment opportunity, which will create 42 new jobs and allow Carry-On Trailer to meet growing market demand for its products.

WINCHESTER—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that technology company Continental, one of the leading manufacturers of automotive, fashion, and industrial interior textiles, will invest $10.3 million to expand its O’Sullivan Films production facility in the City of Winchester. Virginia successfully competed against Mexico for the project, which will create 61 new jobs.

Rising Tides Solutions, LLC expands corporate headquarters

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Rising Tides Solutions, LLC (RTS Labs), a custom software development company, has made a significant investment to expand its headquarters in Henrico County. The company relocated to its new, 11,000-square-foot office space in September, and an ongoing personnel expansion will create 90 new jobs over the next several years.
