PowerSchool to invest $1.8 million to expand education software company 

ROANOKE - Governor Terry McAuliffe today announced that PowerSchool, a leading education technology platform for K-12, will invest $1.8 million to expand in the City of Roanoke. The company will relocate to a 38,000-square-foot facility in downtown Roanoke. Virginia successfully competed against California, Pennsylvania, and Texas for the project, which will retain 85 existing jobs and create 96 new jobs.

RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe today announced that Hapco Pole Products, a manufacturer of aluminum poles, will invest over $6 million to expand its operation in Washington County. The company will construct a 60,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility adjacent to its current manufacturing campus. The project will create 28 new jobs.

Precision part manufacturer to expand operation with $1M investment

RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe today announced that Kosmo Machine Inc., a full service precision machine shop, will invest $1,000,000 in new equipment to increase production capacity at its manufacturing operation in Henrico County. The expansion will create 36 new jobs.

(MSI), a leading provider of unique and innovative information technology (IT) support services for federal agencies, will invest $820,000 to expand its operation in Fairfax County. Virginia successfully competed against Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Ohio, and Texas for the project, which will create 400 new jobs.

Company to invest $450,000 and create 16 new jobs 

RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe today announced that Draftco, Inc., a machine and fabrication shop, will invest $450,000 to expand its manufacturing operation in Augusta County. The company will make improvements to its quality inspection room and purchase new machines and welding and testing equipment. The expansion will create 16 new jobs.
