Flow Alkaline Spring Water to invest $15.5 million to establish first U.S. manufacturing facility
RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Flow Alkaline Spring Water, an Ontario-based provider of naturally alkaline spring water, will invest $15.5 million to establish its first U.S. spring water manufacturing facility in Augusta County. Virginia successfully competed with New Hampshire and Wisconsin for the project, which will create 51 new jobs.

RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe today announced that Wholesome Harvest Baking, a subsidiary of Grupo Bimbo, one of the world’s largest bakery companies, will invest $22.1 million to upgrade equipment and add a production line for artisan bread in its City of Roanoke operation. In addition, 324 existing employees will be retrained to operate the new machinery with support from the Virginia Jobs Investment Program (VJIP).

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Petal, a new kind of credit card company built to help people financially succeed, will make an investment of over $300,000 to establish a new service and operations center in Chesterfield County. Virginia successfully competed with Austin, Salt Lake City, and New York City—where Petal is headquartered—for the project, which will create more than 80 new jobs over the next three years.

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Ozmo, a technology company that builds software products for mobile operations and their customers, will invest over $200,000 to expand its existing operation in Montgomery County. The project will position the company to meet increasing demand for its products from top mobile operations and device manufacturers from around the world, creating 40 new jobs.

CHARLOTTESVILLE—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Castle Hill Gaming, a software developer of quality gaming solutions to clients across the United States, will invest $1.3 million to expand its corporate headquarters in Albemarle County. Castle Hill Gaming will receive funding from the Virginia Jobs Investment Program (VJIP) to support the hiring and training of 106 new employees.
Metalsa Structural Products, Inc. to invest $6.4 million to expand Roanoke manufacturing operation
RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Metalsa Structural Products, Inc., an automotive solutions provider, will invest $6.4 million to expand its Roanoke manufacturing operation in Botetourt County. Virginia successfully competed with Mexico for the project, which will create 25 new jobs.
