Richmond - Governor George Allen today announced that Magnolia Manufacturing Company Inc., will locate a new air-jet spinning facility in the Carroll County Industrial Park. The $17 million investment by Magnolia's sister company, Parkdale Mills, will create 40 new jobs in Southwest Virginia, and will be Magnolia's second manufacturing operation in Carroll County.

Fuisz, a leading innovator in the fields of advanced drug delivery and food ingredient technologies, will also invest more than $13 million this year in the expansion of their Fairfax County headquarters, creating 200 new jobs.
